What We Raise Money For
The Foundation helps the Hospital continue to purchase state-of-the-art medical equipment, to financially support life saving services and training programs as well as medical and child health research. The needs of the hospital are extensive and diverse. As a community, individually and collectively these needs are achievable and directly relate to the treatment, care and lifesaving initiatives for thousands and thousands of children treated at Sydney Children's Hospital each year.
Some examples include naming rights of wings, wards, services and departments to the benefit of their patients, medical equipment valued from $1,000 to $1M, training fellowships, special clinical initiatives and child health research projects. We are seeking support from individuals, businesses and community organisations to work with us to meet these needs.
By embracing the Hospital's needs, both large and small, individuals and businesses, their staff and clients can help us meet our fundraising goals. In doing so our supporters will benefit from increased staff morale, and the rewarding experience of achieving the hospital's vital needs to benefit ill children.
Every donation makes a difference - every dollar is vital. Please contact the Foundation to discuss how you can help.
